About once a year you get a letter from the taxes with the subject as mentioned above. Here is what you need to know:
What is it?
It allows your intermediair (the person who does your taxes) to retrieve information about the decisions the tax department makes about yourincome tax. It is valid for only one year and therefore you get this letter for every tax year.
What do I do with it?
As long you agree with the situation you don’t have to do anything. If you don’t agree: send the 2nd page back (Called: Formulier Registratie machtiging intermediair afwijzen of intrekken) and send it back in the envelop.
